- Co-led the firm's Salesforce delivery organization alongside the Director of Solution Architecture, providing leadership and mentorship across a -person delivery team supporting approximately concurrent client engagements.

- Established and scaled hiring and interview processes for senior technical roles, including successfully integrating nearshore developers while maintaining strong collaboration, trust, and team cohesion across onshore and nearshore team members.
- Built and sustained a high-performing delivery culture with exceptionally low attrition, consistently receiving 5/5 CSAT scores for Salesforce engagements, and driving repeat and expansion business following initial implementations.
- Created and owned the internal Solution Library, enabling teams to leverage shared frameworks, accelerators, and architectural patterns to improve delivery consistency and accelerate implementation timelines.
- Provided executive-level technical leadership and escalation support by stepping into active client engagements as needed, serving as Technical Architect to stabilize delivery, guide complex solutions, and unblock cross-functional teams.
- Maintained financial accountability for the development team, aligning staffing models, utilization, and delivery execution to consistently meet margin targets.
- Interviewed and onboarded developer candidates while leading regular team meetings to foster alignment, technical growth, and strong team culture.
